Awesome and nice apartment, unbeatable location adjacent to Albert Dock and city centre as well as the invisible wind factory. Very friendly and affable people working there.

It has big rooms and EXCELLENT location short walk to the city center, a taxi and a shut down pub that was n't welcoming. Staff is as exceptionally nice and amiable as possible.

Beds were clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The location was within walking distance of the city center and only a short taxi ride away, making it convenient for exploring the city. The surrounding area felt safe, despite being a bit run down.
The building itself was not well maintained, with dirty carpets and walls in need of a fresh coat of paint. The communal facilities, such as the shared bathrooms and showers, were not kept in good condition and some were even broken.

The owners were great. Very good coffee.
I would only stay here in a pinch. The location was a bit ropey. byo toilet paper and it smelled strongly of potatoes.

Everything, didn't expect luxury for priced paid but would of liked curtains or blinds. No tea/coffee making facilities. The woman in the o'tool wine bar were you serve breakfast was rude, ignorant and extremely unhelpful. Will not recommend anyone to stay here and would warn people of it.

Not a whole pile, it is ok for someone who wants cheap, no frills.
It is old hat, in a warehouse area, not a place to be out at night around, taxi needed

Special thanks to extremely helpful and friendly staff for making my stay a very pleasant experience. The hotel has good sized and cosy rooms with the bedroom, 2 beds twin, for example.
